Exclusive Departments
Exclusive Departments are distinct from other Foundation divisions and count for the entire the departmental membership limits set for personnel. Once a Foundation personnel joins one, they are required to be discharged from all current positions in external departments.
Personnel at Level 4 or above may join an Exclusive Department, provided they have been granted exclusive permission by high ranking members of the Administrative Department, O5 Council, or The Administrator.
These departments are responsible for high-level management, oversight, policy enforcement, and critical internal operations that support the Foundation’s overall mission. Due to their sensitive nature and the broad impact of their decisions, Exclusive roles require trust, discretion, and authorization at the highest levels.
Membership in Administrative Departments demands dedication to organizational governance and strategic planning, separate from the field or research roles held in Combative or Civil departments.
